Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
I was playing oblivion last night and my xbox froze. So i turned it off, and when i turned it back on it got stuck where the xbox logo spins into view with that musicsounds, hopefully you know what i mean. And the image was messed up, pixelated and weird. so i turn the xbox on via controller, it lights up green (no reds, never got an error code), i get no picture at all, and there is an audio crack that comes through my stereo but no audio. once the system is on the controller loses funtion, like it wont sync, and i cant turn off the xbox from the controller cause it wont read it. in addition to this when i turn off the system off my harddrive makes a wierd faint whine/squeel. all of this with no error message or any red lights. it is begining to feel like i am F'ed big time. and i havent a clue what i should do
Microsoft has changed the warranty on the 360,my husband has sent in his pro 3 times in 2 yrs and he bought an elite had it 2 wks and had to send it in,if you call 1-800-469-9269 someone from xbox can help you,if you do have to send it you should get one free month to xbox live,he has all times he sent it in,even got a quick charge for the haveing to send in the elite
