Fixed at AT&T store. Wow some one who knew what they were doing!!
Menu, Settings, Calls(5), General(1), Auto Reject(2), Reject List, Edit, Go to # rejected, Push Uncheck, Options, Save, Exit out!

At "idle" screen press menu key Go to "Settings" and select Scroll to "call settings" and select select "all calls" scroll to "auto reject" and select At this point you can go under "Activation" and turn the feature on or off. or else... scroll to "reject list" and select Here you can add, remove, or edit numbers to reject.
