I have recently just took a roll of film out of my camera. It is a Asahi pentax K1000. I opened up the back panel to take out my film and the panel closed without any new film being put in. Now the rewind...

Hi there,

Try holding the camera upside down to see if it slides back into place. If that doesn't work, imagine that there is a film in there and wind it back like you would to take the film out, this may put the shaft back into place? Good luck.

APS film chamber stuck shut. Door won't open when film chamber release button is pressed

Sorry to hear about this issue. If you have a change bag, I would put a few jewelers screwdrivers in it then put the camera in it. With the bag closed up I would attempt to forcibly open the back. With the camera in the bag there is not any chance to expose the film. After the film is removed wind it back into the cartridge. Now send it off for developing.

Good luck,
Cordially,

Loading film into it.

You pull down on the clip on the side of the camera. That will open the back of the camera. Pull out a little of the film from the canister. Put the canister into the side with the spindle. Put the end of the film that you pulled out over the roller on the opposite side of the camera then shut the lid and turn on the camera.

How do you put the film in in a olympus superzoom 105g

Open the back, gently blow out any dust that might have gotten in there. Load film in the shade. Take the film cassette out of the plastic container and insert it with the protruding piece on the bottom into the left side of the film compartment. Gently pull the film out to the right about 3-4 inches. Try to keep the film flat across the shutter opening but Be Careful you don't touch the Shutter Blades! Feed the film under the take-up spindle and through the vertical slot and hook the film into a sprocket. Push down the shutter release button and advance the film a couple times. Close the camera back securely. You are ready to go! Good luck

When i took pictures at christmas i used fiji film in my camera and when i took to get processed they were all blank. could this have been the film but the kodak also did this can you help me

There are 2 things to check.

First: Put in a cheap film and just press the shutter while the back of the camera is open to see if the film is advancing.

Second: Try pressing the shutter while there is no film in the camera and the back is open to see if the shutters are working correctly.

Cannot open Zeiss Icon Tenax camera. Please tell me how to do this.

I think this camera actually has a back that is a separate piece. It is removed by turning 2 "keys" on the bottom of the camera itself, then it will slide off. The operative word here is "think". It is an educated guess based on working in a camera store many, many years ago. good luck
