I have intermittent issue of laptop not switching on. When I press the pwer button the lite glows for a second and goes off and laptop is not power on.

- I have the same problem. The power indicator blinks for a second; but doesn't turn on the computer. After a few tries, it goes on and then after the turning on the home screen, the screen freezes. This only happens when power cord is connected. It works great with battery power.- trshah

the problem is with crashed motherboard or you havent connected the power cord
