Question about Whirlpool Duet GHW9150P Front Load Washer
I followed the steps listed for unclogging the drain (I have done this often over the last month) and there wasn't anything clogging the filter. I re-started and it went ok for a minute then listed the F21 fault again. I checked the drain again and nothing was in there. Is there anywhere else that this line may be clogged (other than the white drain filter) that I can check?
If its no draining at all. Open the pump back up and there should be a small hole about the diameter of a quarter to the left. Inside you should feel the impeller with your finger. Try to spin the impeller with your finger, it should have some resistance and a recoil as it turns. If not, than the impeller shaft is broken and the pump needs replacing. Hope tht helps, Dave www.washermd.com
