You have to be in your administrator account. Go to control panel, click user accounts. Log on as Administrator. Delete all your temporary files from your Temp Folder located in C:\Documents and Settings\your My Document Name\Local Settings\Temp Folder. When done deleting your files inside Temp Folder, download exe programs again.

Rtl120.bpl missing

Hi,

Are you using Advanced System Care, Tune-Up Utilities, or similar System Optimizers or Registry
Cleaners? If so uninstall those which will only cause you problems while fixing nothing. Many of
us consider those to be no better than snake-oil. You are much better off coming here or other
technical sites to learn to correct system problems. Some Auslogics programs also use that
filename.

Find the file - Right Click on it - Properties - Details tab - is there any information to its origin there?
Does the folder the file is in help determine its origin? That file has been know to be malware.

ThreatExpert - 360tray.exe

Scan it with your antivirus and antispware programs.

Upload it to these sites which will use multiple programs to check the file.

================================

If you need to check for malware here are my recommendations - these will allow you to do
a thorough check and removal without ending up with a load of spyware programs running
resident which can cause as many issues as the malware and maybe harder to detect as
the cause.

No one program can be relied upon to detect and remove all malware. Added that often easy
to detect malware is often accompanied by a much harder to detect and remove payload. So
its better to be overly thorough now than to pay the high price later. Check with these to an
extreme overkill point and then run the cleanup only when you are very sure the system is clean.

These can be done in Safe Mode - repeatedly tap F8 as you boot however you should also run
them in regular Windows when you can.

TDSSKiller.exe. - Download to the Desktop - then go to it and Right Click on it - RUN AS ADMIN
it will show any infections in the report after running - if it will not run change the name from
tdsskiller.exe to tdsskiller.com. Whether it finds anything or not does not mean you should not
check with the other methods below.

You should be getting this tool and its updates via Windows Updates - if needed you can

Filehippo is a safe site and has many freeware programs without any chance of malware. I recommend it highly. I'm not sure what "setup.exe V2" is? For further info respond to this post.

I know you said it's new but you might have some viruses or malware.

Start your PC and press F8 several times until the boot menu comes up. Then select "Safe Mode with Networking". Now get some or ALL of the FREE programs below.

Hi, Thanks for the prompt service in sending me the download for the driver I requested. I have downloaded the zip file but it has alot of files contained in it and I don't know what to do now to...

UNZIP all the files into one folder.
Look into the folder, for 'install.exe' or 'setup.exe' or 'readme.txt'.

If there is a 'readme.txt' file, then open it and read its contents.

If there is an 'install.exe' (or 'setup.exe') file, double-click on it, to run the "Installer" program.

If you have installed either 64 bit or 32 bit, then you have to run the installation as administrator.

To do this, just right click on the installation file and choose run as administrator.

If this did not help, refer the below steps:

  • Download version 2.01 of DigitalPersona software
  • Install on existing system
  • Export data
  • Boot into Win7
  • Install 2.01
  • Reboot
  • Reset properties for each of 7 EXE files
  • Reboot
  • Register a finger print
  • Import data saved in step 3

  • Download from here:

    http://download.cnet.com/DigitalPersona-Password-Manager/3000-18501_4-201746.html

    Step 3:

Export is available as an icon choice in the system tray. Save to a file for use in Step 10.

    Step 7:

The run properties for each of the 7 EXE files in the DigitalPersona install need to be adjusted. The files are:
    DPAgnt.exe
    DPConsol.exe
    DPExpImp.exe
    DpFpLogonManager.exe
    DpHost.exe
    DPRunDll.exe
    DPWinLct.exe

Select each and set as follows:
    • Compatibility tab
    • Press ã¢â‚¬å“Change settings for all usersã¢â‚¬â
    • Select run in Vista mode
    • Select run at admin near bottom
Repeat for each of the 7 EXE files.

    Nnags.
