Question about Kensington Comfort Type Wireless Optical Desktop Keyboard 64355
I have the kensington comfort type wireless keyboard desktop model# 64355 and the mouse has stopped responding. Is there a fix for this?
Thanks in advance. My mouse just stopped working as well. All of a sudden. My ATI video driver was all wacky too, so I had to do a system restore. Not sure if related. Mouse is and has been connected through USB charger, so batteries should not be the issue. Plus the optical light is on. Tried switching both the receiver and mouse to other channel. No luck. No response.
Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect button
on the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse to
the receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver button
and then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever you
change batteries or glitch. Hope this helps you. Bud
