I suggest you Google search for the Motorolla battery on the Internet.
Genuine batteries cost more than after market batteries but may not be suitable because some cell phone won't work with after market batteries.
Does it turn on? Are the other buttons apart from the keypad working? If so, then you may need to get the whole keypad assembly changed. You cant just change the rubber/silicone pads, but the underlying assembly as well.
If it is under warranty, I advise you to get it replaced. If not, then you will have to look for a local service center where they can do it for you. I'm afraid there is no other solution.
