Question about DISH Network ViP622 DVR DTV Receiver / 180-Hours Video Recorder
Not sure what happened . Please HELP!!!
First try a front panel reset by pressing and holding the power button on the receiver until it shuts off and turns back on. Leave the receiver alone until it is up and running. If this did not solve the problem try a hard reset by unplugging the receiver's power source from the wall and leaving it unplugged for approximately 30 seconds and then plugging it back in. Let the system come back up and if that did not solve the issue the receiver may need a technician to come out and troubleshoot it further.
There are some local stations in the Jacksonville area having an issue with their broadcast signal producing the same image. Please check with your local station to see if this is the case in your area if these are the channels you are having issues with too. Thanks for using FIx Ya and I hope this answered your question.
