We haven't had to use our heater for a few years until now and can not find the manual. It runs for awhile then stops. I am sure it has something to do with the timer dial but not sure what to set the dial on. Any suggestions
It is working properly. It is suposed to go off and on just like your house heater it is thermostat controled the higher the setting the longer it stays on till it reaches a certain tempeture factory preset

Replacing the board, flame sensor, and pressure switch, and cleaning out the induction motor was definitely a good start. Other things to check would be a blocked or restricted flue pipe, I have ran into a few bird nest before!, and you also want to check or replace the hose that runs from the inducer to the pressure switch if you haven't already. To be honest, most of the time I clear out the nipple on the inducer where the hose goes with a small piece of wire and it works. The last thing I would suggest is making sure the new pressure switch is rated for what you need. Alot of the revisions on furnaces actually call for less than the original pressure just for this problem. Hope this helps and good luck!
is the tstat in cool mode? if not hit the mode button untill cool pops up then hit the down airow untill desired temp. sometimes the thermostat has a 5 min delay so be patent. If unit still does not run call the service co. and find out about how long they warranty their service call. usualy one month.
Here is a link to your owner's manual... http://18.104.22.168/manuals/123919-01A.PDF. Look on page 8 and 10. It could be several things. It could only be a dirty fuel filter or the pump pressure may just need adjustment. If you need a part you can contact Master Parts at 800-466-1446 or you can find them on-line at www.masterparts.net. I hope this helps!
the first thing you need to do is go back to useing K1 kerosene, diesel fuel not only burns dirty but also has a tendency to gel up in cold weather which could be makeing it hard for the heater to draw the proper amount of fuel. To reset the pressure you will need a gage, it should run at about 6-7 psi. you can order a pressure gage from mr. heater online, they are by far the cheapest I have found as they are the actual manufacturer or call 1-800-251-0001
I would say from what you have described your problem is a bad thermostat heat sensor (you may have to replace the whole thermostat on this model!) This is a very common problem for this unit!
