Question about Samsung SCH-U470 Juke Cellular Phone
I switched my phone from NAM 1 to NAM 2 and then it restarted. Now it says initial programming needed as soon as it turns on, i cant call anyone, i cant even reach the menu. it says to enter ur lock code but i tried all the codes i thought that would work including 999 and the one i got in the begginig or the last 4 digits of my #. do i NEED to take it to a verizon store / call verizon or can i just fix my through it.
You can't fix it you have to get a new one...the same thing happened to me and im getting a new one

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
