Have you tried logging in with a different browser? if that doesn't work or you don't want to switch browsers try clearing you browser history and clearing all the cookie and caches. You can do this by going into the settings or options tab of whatever browser you're using.
Facebook likes to record and assume your main connection place to their site is your only home/connection place.
They don't understand that people like to connect to Facebook from other computers. That's all it's doing is saying "Hey, this is your account, but were not sure if it's you or not". so they simply want you to verify you are who you are....
It's an annoying, but helpful when needed, anti hacker feature
I know how frustrating this could be for you for not being able to open your facebook.

I
had the same problem, not being able to get to my profile using
Firefox. I fixed it by going to Tools --> Options --> Content
--> Block pop-up windows: Exceptions --> enter www.facebook.com
and hit Allow. Then you will be fine.
3 possible errors you made: *You didn't correctly write your e-mail address(You probablyforgot @yahoo.com or etcc.) *You mistakenly type your password.(Don't forget capslock) *You're account was hacked(or just reload the page or re-open your browser0
