How do i hook up my wii to the new digital converter box

I've got an analog tv, vcr, zenith digital converter box, and Wii. The Wii only has output jacks ~ that used to run through the vcr. Now the converter box runs thru the vcr. How can I set it up so I don't have to unplug one set of cables every time I want to use the Wii?

Attach the plugs directly to the tv. Since WII doesn't pick up a tv signal, it has no use for the converter box or the vcr.

How do I hook my wii up to my gateway monitor?

If you are trying to hook it to a pc monitor you will have to get a converter box for the specific type of input. for example VGA,DVI,HDMI, the red, green, blue, is video out. The red and white is audio. You will also need speakers for audio. Most monitor do not have speakers. The type of cable you have for your wii is a component cable. There are also different dvi standards they are

If the monitor is hdmi you will have to make sure it has speakers if not you wont have any audio. So a converter box will be needed.

I just hooked my wii & all we get is black & white

I had the same problem. Instead of going directly into the TV, I tried plugging the component cable into the auxiliary jack in my digital cable box and that seemed to fix it. Works great now.

How do I hook up my WII, DVD, VCR and Comcast box up. I have all but the WII hooked up but I don't know how to get the WII on their without disconnecting one of the others?

It sounds like you do not have an open spot for the WII connections. If not, you'll have to get some type of A/B switch so you can select between devices. Most electronic stores (even Walmart) have an auto select switch (for up to four devices) for about $20. You can hook the WII, etc. up to it then hook it up the the TV (assuming) and when you turn the WII on it will auto switch to the WII.

No color

I suggest you pack the Wii back up into the box and return it to Walmart for a replacement. If that doesn't fix the problem, then you have a TV issue.
