What Sd card do I need micro or standard and does any one do?

If it's a recent model, it is using micro SD. If you are not sure buy a micro with an SD Adapter. Most micro SD have them included in bloster
Now, your more serious problem is, if you don't even know if you are using a micro SD or an old dig SD, is what is memory size and speed you need.

SanDisk 32GB MicroSDHC High Speed Class 4 Card with MicroSD to SD Adapter

So, before buying any micro SD you should check the manual of your unspecified cell phone for it's specifications. If you buy an 8 GB micro SD and your cell phone is only compatible with 1 Gb, it won't recoize the new micro SD.
If you don't have a maunal do a google search for it, using terms
manual specifications, make and model of your cell phoen

How can i plug in my 2 gb adapters into my motherboard?

You will need a card reader. and an adaptor to fit the micro sd card into.
You usually get the sd adaptor when you buy a mini or mico sd card.
If you dont have a card reader built into your computer, you can buy one very cheap.

Doesn't show mp3 files on micro sd card

You have to drag and drop only the MP3 files into the music folder. If you have them organized and in folder by artist, drag only the MP3s into the card's Music folder.
