Question about Microsoft ZUNE JS8BRPBDLUG MP3 Player
"All your base are belong to us" is a poor translation that appeared in a VERY old game a long time ago (that's actually kind of funny).
Ok, uninstall your Zune software. Take everything off your computer that has anything to do with your Zune. NOW plug the Zune in. The computer should recognize it and locate/install the necessary drivers and software. Once you get your software up and running, it should guide you through the steps to modify/personalize your Zune to your tastes. It should not matter what port you use. Simply uninstall everything Zune related and plug your Zune into your computer, and let the computer do the rest!

Reset Zune: Press and hold the back button while pressing up on the control pad.
Connect Zune to a power source: If the Zune device is in sleep mode, this action will wake the Zune device and turn it on. If the battery does not have a charge, you may have to wait several minutes for the Zune device to turn on.
Also, make sure that the hold button on top of your zune is turned to the off position.
Hope this helps
ALL YOUR BASE BELONG TO US - is a video that must have been loaded on the Zune previously.
if all else fails...
If you connected the ZUNE to your computer before installing the software the computer may have installed it as a different device.
Go to Control Panel - then System - Device Manager. Plug in ZUNE player and see if any new devices show as being connected. BE CAREFUL IN DEVICE MANAGER THOUGH, IF YOU UNINSTALL THE WRONG ITEM, IT COULD MESS YOUR COMPUTER UP.
If this works rate it a FIX-YA!
