Windows Media Player 11 works well to sync music to your player. You can also use drag & drop in Windows Explorer method to move music from your PC to your Fuze.

I had this problem to but with another music player it is a problem thats common its the driver you need to download and install it. I just checked on Delstars website and they are going to put up the drivers soon to download so just keep checking back when it comes back. www.delstar.net
It took me a bit to figure out how to get the music to play. The instuctions that came with it weren't very clear.
* Hold arrow "on" button down to turn on player.
* Use rocker (knob on top) to move to the mode you want. For example, move the indicator to "music".
* Push in on the rocker, not the arrow "on" button to select the music mode.
* Use the rocker to select the song you want to hear, then push arrow "on" button to play.
When the player displays the Creative logo, release the Play button.
It will display the following options:
Clean Up
Scans the player and removes invalid links from its music library.
Does not affect music files themselves.
Format (All)
Caution! Erases all content!
There is no scan disk or Utility that i know of that will work sounds like the drive is toast!
