Question about Laser MP4-V970 MP3 Player
As the previous answer said, but first you need to convert your video file to mp4. You can do this by installing and using the converter software that came on the disc - if you have the disc. Otherwise the converter is probably available at the laserco.com site. Failing that you can google for a freeware converter (there are quite a few available) which you can use. Good luck!

It's easy. Use a usb cable and connect it to your computer. It will now show in My Computer as a drive that you can drag and drop files into. Anyway, here is the manual if you want it http://www.laserco.com.au/support/user_manuals/V970_Manual.doc

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
