Try to shut down your system. Restart and go into either settings, or language, it should be simple enough. However it may take some looking to find depending on which MP3 you have. It ususally however is in the language setting.

How do I change the language back to english on a MP4 Player ST3120215AS ATA 2GB FM QC1

Hi,

this would be a bit difficult because I do not know the language.

The best way to resolve this is to look for exactly the same mp3 as yours, go through it and check the English language. Then follow the same step on yours. This world guide you to where the English language is on your mp3.

I hope you understand this explanation clearly.

Best wishes.

When I look at the titles of the songs on my mp3 player it is in a language that looks Chinese and there is not even a Chinese language option on the device. What is wrong with this stupid Emerson 4gb mp3...

Use a paperclip or pin to push the RESET button located on the back of the MP3 player. Once you've done that, select ENGLISH as the language under the SETTINGS menu.

Language in zen

To reset the language displayed on a ZEN player to English, change the language back to English or run Cleanup from the player.
For detailed instructions on how to access the Recovery Mode of a MP3 player, please see Recovery Mode: What to Do and How to Access.
If the player is a flash based player, such as a ZEN Nano, ZEN Nano Plus or MuVo, the language can be reset by manually changing the language or updating the firmware. To manually change the language:
  1. Press the scroll wheel to access the main menu.
  2. Scroll to the Settings option (the icon looks like a gear).
  3. Scroll to the Language option (the icon looks like a pearson speaking).
For detailed instructions on how to update the firmware of a MP3 player, please see Updating the Firmware on a Creative MP3 Player.
