Question about Coby MPC-848 MP3 Player
I am trying to sync my files on my player, and media player says my player is full, but says there are no files on the player. I should be able to see the files on my player with media player, and it cannot find any.
My windows media player does the same thing, I just don't use it now
Go to "My Computer"
You should see your Coby device on there
Open it up, you will see the categories where your files are (like Music, Videos, etc..)
Now just simply click and drag ;)

The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
