When you try to turn on the system keep on taping the f 8 key on the keyboard , you would see windows advanced boot options , you can select safe mode with the down arrow keys , try to click on administrator . then click on yes in the pop up screen . now click on the start menu , click on controlpanel , you would have an icon say user accounts . click on your user accounts and you would have an option where you could change your password :-)

Did you try booting the laptop into Safe Mode? You may then be able to login as Administrator and reset user passwords.
To boot into safe mode keep the F8 key pressed when you power on the laptop.
