On my recent purchase of B&D product I was instructed to register my customer appreciation code at www.VPXSYSTEM.com/ThankYou. How stupid - I reached some silly rental agency of Thailand. On Additional literature with the same product I was instructed to register my product at www.BlackAndDecker.com/Register. IMPOSSIBLE!!
Needless to say I WAS NOT successful in making contact to register at either email address.
I encountered the same **** that others have posted. Hope their tools are better than their IT support!!!!!!

Changes were made to the website. Start at blackanddecker.com and select the customer support option that appears at the top right of the page. You will see the option to register your products on the left under heading of products and services. Click on the product registration option. Sign in as a guest and you should be able to register your products. You also have the option of signing up a a member.
