the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

How to transfer from video cassete to computer?

You will need to use a package such as Video 2 PC
http://www.ionaudio.com/products/details/video-2-pc
you will use your camera as a VCR to playback the analog video and load it to your PC. You can edit the digital video and output it to DVD. There's quite a bit of information on this page for your use.
If you need a manual for your camera you can download it from

The VCR component used to work fine, but now the video is totally snowy (the sound is fine). In the past, I have solved this problem with other VCR's by cleaning them with a head cleaning cassete. ...

Careful cleaning of the VCR tape head with alcohol and a soft cloth (q-tips sometimes leave fuzz behind) may help, but you could have a problem in the circuit that switches from VCR to Tuner.

Hi you could install a Video Grabber or an Internal TV Tuner card into your computer if its Desktop computer or an expensive USB TV TUNER if its for laptop . Plug in the composite video out from your VCR to the Composite Video in to the computer .Use nero or any other software to build a movie in fact the bundled application software of your TV TUNER or VIDEO Grabber card would be better .
