Question about Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) Console
Hi. We just purchased a component cable and unfortunately threw out the directions FOREVER (they were burned with the Christmas wrap!) We want to connect it to the TV, but our video output on our tv is yellow and we don't see a yellow plug-in. Which one can we use to get the video to show on the tv from the psp slim, OR, just a general questions as to how to plug the cords into our tv. THANKS!
Okay the cables you bought they have five plugs. I assuming your tv doesn't have component input only RCA connections (RED, WHITE, YELLOW). SO in that case you bought the wrong jacks. You may want to keep them anyway if you upgrade your tv. Because these "component" cables is the only way you can play video games on the big screen and also has to be hd, but it also will be able to play music, view pics, and watch videos. But that's a different subject.
You need to buy RCA cables for your slim. Keep in mind though you will only be able to watch movies, pics, and music. You won't be able to play video games. Once you have those it's not hard to connect. All you do is from the XMB menu go to display settings click on "switch video output" and it should connect from there. Any more problems please feel free to ask.
