This is a Fuser driver freeze failure.

Remove the sub LVPS PCBA and check if it's properly connected.

If it isn't, replace the connection. If it is properly connected then replace the fuser driver PCBA and check if its resolved.

If not POR the machine and Replace the upper printer engine PCBA.

That is a transfer belt home sensor fault. My best guess would be that if you removed the belt assembly you would not be able to turn the belt assembly and that the cleaner is bound. Most likely becaus the tab that opens the auger where it empties into the waste bottle is broken or out of place.

If you are missing spots on the print, are they in the same spot every time? Are they repetitive. If they are repetitive then if you can measure it will usually tell you exactly what is wrong. Make sure the there is no dust/paper blocking any of the laser windows.You might have a bad ITU PN 40X3732, hope not because it is expensive.

You are correct.Transfer belt is expensive but it does last for 600K pages.You have no choice but replace it.

The transfer belt is located inisde the printer and is what moves the paper back out the printer. You will need to open the back cover of the unit then you will lift the top part of the printer off. This will expose the transfer belt. There is a bracket holding the transfer belt with two screws that will need to be removed. Then two more screws that are holding the belt assembly in place. Once those are removed then you can slide out the transfer belt assembly. The new replacement transfer belt assembly will slide back in replacing the old one. Then repeat the steps opposite to install. Then remove the four spacers on the new belt(on each corner). Then you will reset the counter for the belt and will need to run the printer alignment settings.

I am not familiar with that particular model Xerox but generally speaking Xerox maintenance is more difficult that say your average HP, Lexmark, etc. I would call a service professional if I were you
