ok my problem is i was messing with my pocket pc and all of a sudden it shut off on me i thought the battery died but after i plugged it in it starts to come on then goes to a blank screen

WizFirst when you say messing what sort of things were you messing with on it?
If it was settings or anything like that try to connect it to the computer you may need software, download the software which reads Toshiba e750 Pocket PC or any pocket PC'S prefferably from www.toshiba.com
