check if there is a little red button on the back .... that says reset click it,.....if not then go to intenet explorer ... type the ip in the adress bar..... a username / password sign should come on ... for username leave it blank for the password right admin and it should take u to a internet sight ..... go to security settings and reset it ...u will figure it out from there truse me ! hope i helped -el
