I bought and paid for the item on 5/5/2015 from Group On. I have not received. I do not have the contact details


If you have no contact details at all and paid by credit/debit/paypal then contact the facilitator company (whoever the transaction was financed through,) and let them know what has happened. Gruppon will be bound by distance selling legislation.

You should do this sooner rather than later, you should get your money back

From whom? For what? Have you tried contacting the vendor whom you paid in the first place?

Bushnell map download errors


well as of the end of january bushnell will no longer let you download maps for any onix device...i think it is **** i just bought 4 of them 3 200cr and 1 400 and bought yhe unlimited downloads but now the company say's they will no longer be dealing with the onix maps....so as of now we are all just screwed...You can get a refund if you bought the unlimited maps but thats it........what we should do is we can all share the maps we do have i have about 400 downloaded and am willing to make a disk of them to give out in exchange for disk of maps of other areas i dont have...all i have is Pa and west Va. you can email me at viper27500@live.com and just put onix maps in the subject line sorry i cant be more help but ive tried every site out there.

Hello Dieter. Unfortunately your complaint has been made to the wrong people. FixYa is a free online technical help facility and all answers are provided by unpaid volunteers.

Any conversations which you have with a FixYa live chat operator are confidential between you, the operator and perhaps the few paid employees who run the FixYa website. Non premium fixes (like this reply) are an openly available public record; in neither case will TomTom be notified of the dialogue and in a like fashion nothing you've discussed with TomTom is available to anyone using this website.

I can only think that you've spoken to a number of folks, some from FixYa and some from TomTom and have got your wires crossed.

Good luck in resolving your problem with TomTom, but it's one of those problems that FixYa has no possible way of resolving for you.

oh the free forum here yes they are free but if you are needing immediate service then yes you would have either chat now with a live tech or browse the repair service directory or post it on the paid forum either way your questions will be awnsered so shoot away!

Thats unfortunate but in the world of electronics from ebay it's not unusual. My suggestion would be to contact the seller and get them to replace the item or refund you.
If the seller is not helpful and you paid via paypal, then you have upto 60 days to make a claim as 'item not as dscribed' to get your money back or a replacement.
