Question about Mozilla Firefox
My system crashed while updating to the newest version of Firefox. When it came back, I got a message that it is trying to finish the installation.
After trying a lot of different things, I uninstalled Firefox. I downloaded it again and tried to reinstall, but it kept giving me the message that it was finishing a previous install.
Try this ---
go to this link to download CCleaner
Download, Install and run it
Click on the TOOLS tab on the left side. Scroll to Firefox and click on it
Click on the Run Installer to uninstall Firefox
Click on the REGISTRY tab on the left side
click on Scan For Issues
click on Fix Selected Issues
If it asks you to make a backup click yes and save
Click on the CLEANER button on the left side
click on Analyze
click on Run Cleaner
Close the program
Delete the Firefox install file if you still have it
Reboot your computer
Download a fresh copy of Firefox
and Install it
Let me know if this solves the problem :)

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
