I had the some problem a few days ago when we had a power outage during the night. Try unplugging it, leave it unplugged for about 10-20 seconds, and replug it back in. Reset your time on the clock and it should work then.

Setting the Clock
1. Press and hold the HOUR button for 5 seconds (Fig. 5). The time will begin to flash
2. While the time is flashing, press the HOUR button until you reach the correct hour. Then press the
MINUTE button (Fig. 5) until you reach the correct minute.
NOTE: PM indicator will appear on the left side of the clock face for evening hours (Fig. 5). If the
PM indicator is not illuminated, the hour is set to AM. Be sure to set the time for the correct
12-hour period – AM (morning) or PM (evening).
NOTE: After 5 seconds, the time will stop flashing and it will be set.

There is a long life lithium battery installed in this clock radio when you buy it.
This battery can maintain the time and alarm settings for 3 to 5 years, or even
longer, so there is no need to pay for a new 9-volt battery every 6 months, as
is recommended in other clock radios with normal battery back up.
But if this lithium battery has gone down [ in terms of voltage]; the display 'L" will be there. It means that, it is time to replace this backup battery. It will be of disc type, usually used as bios setting storage, used in computers. OK.
