Replacing the graphics processing unit is a tricky business which involves disassembling and reassembing the virtually the whole unit.
I would reccomend a professional do the upgrade unless you are familar with notebook assembly.
Firstly make sure that the graphics card can be upgraded in the first place as they some-times form part of the computer's mainboard. Consult google in this regard.
Disassemble the unit to expose the CPU, Mainboard and Graphic Card. Usually these componets share a cooling assembly. You will need to carefully remove this.
Now remove the screw/clip that secures the GPU to the mainboard, then remove the card from the mainboard. Now pop your new one in and reinstall the cooling assembly applying new thermal interface material to CPU, Mainboard and GPU.
Reassemble the unit.
Take care!

BIOS passwords can be reset or removed in two ways:
1. using software 2. using hardware.
I would first try resetting or removing using software, here are two software apps to reset or retrieve BIOS passwords.
!BIOS - is a PC BIOS toolkit offering password removal/decrypt and BIOS settings modification/backup/restore.
You can download it here:

CmosPwd - Cmos password recovery tools

You will need to create a bootable Dos, or Linux or NT cd in order to run them.
Good Luck!
