Here are two things which I have experienced with different laptop computers:Is the charger still working? (measure what's coming out of the plug that you stick into the computer!)
Has the accumulator moved from its proper place? (sometimes a tiny piece of plastic breaks off and the darned thing doesn't make contact with the actual computer)
Sorry I can't offer any better advice from this distance!

Three blinks in a row is the LED code for a memory issue.
Turn the laptop over, remove the panel over the RAM, remove the DIMMs (it will likely have 2 in it), place one in at a time and try powering the system on.
One of the two is likely bad although it is possible (although very unlikely) that both are bad. It should boot up when the good DIMM is in place. Once you have identified the bad one, buy a replacement or possible choose to upgrade the total amount of RAM.
If you tried turning the laptop on with NO battery but plugged into the mains and you get no response, even no little lights flickering then its possible that something to do with the motherboard (obviously, you might think) but get someone too look inside it if you can, something might be fried. its a bit hard not actually seeing the machine
Remove the PC labtop battery then re insert it again.
If still not charging check the charger connector if its connected as well.
If there was no problem in the charger connector,Check the charger itself.
These all what you need to check only,no problem in your labtop.
If still not charging means one of these :
1- The BATTERY may needs to be changed .
2- The charger may needs to be changed.
