Im using a motorola c168i that is locked to at&t with imei 011309004292332.. im trying to use it here in the philippines with another sim card and everytime i do so it keeps on asking for the network pin. pls help

Hi There - It really doesn't matter if you get the network PIN or not. The Motorola C168i was made to be used with carriiers in North America which use the GSM 850/1900 frequencies.
All the carriers in the Philippines use the GSM 900/1800 frequencies, making the phone completely incompatible for use there. Better pick up a local prepaid phone.
