Re: send pictures through email
Download the pictures onto your computer then attach them to the email, some digital images are too big to send through to some email accounts so i suggest you either resize them before sending them or zip them.

If you can tell me the make and model I can get a more precise answer for you - but, if you check your camera - see if it's set to a really high resolution image - basically; you can set a lot of digital cameras up to take a 4-7mb JPEG photo - small, easily transferable - but not the greatest resolution - you could maybe get say - 5mb x 15 pics =75mb full - whereas if your camera is set to take a HIGH resolution photo - NEF/RAW, etc. - those images can range from 25 - 50mb each - google limit for email attachments is 25mb I believe - you couldn't even send one picture with an email. If you took one pic and it jammed up say 40mb - well, the camera may have another 30mb of space - but based on the conditions and settings - not enough space for another 40mb picture - sending you the message. All the best and good luck -
You will have to get your pictures onto your computer. The easiest way is to take the memory card out of the camera and put it into a card reader on the computer. It will then show as a disk drive and you simply drag the picture files to your desktop.
If you got a USB lead with your camera, you can do almost the same thing by connecting the camera to your computer with the USB lead. You shouldn't have to load any software with the latest cameras and computers- the computer ought to see the camera as a disk drive as above.
The you have to attach the pics to your emails and send them, but watch out- the pics are likely to be very large files. You might want to resize them in an image editing program before sending them over the internet. Your friends might not like getting a 5 megabyte email.
Connect DSC-T30 with PC through provided USB cable, Windows will recognize it as Removable Disk in My Computer, click it and go to folder, copy desired picture and paste it in My Documents or My Pictures.
I suggest that you do one thing first, connect your camera with a USB cable to your laptop or pc. then thru USB cable you may copy the photos or import them from the camera to the pc. And there you go, you can send the pictures to your friends visa Email!
Why don't you upload your photos to one of the many free photo sharing websites, and merely share the weblink to your photos with your friends. In this manner, both you and your friend's email boxes are not clobbered by these huge files. Here are several good sites.
