If you can log on to a computer. Desktop laptop what ever. You should be able to hook up your phone to that. When you do. Log in to facebook on the computer and take your phone number off so it won't ask for the ok anymore.

How long has it been doing that? Maybe you could check the time on your computer because I had a similar issue to that.
