You'll need to tip up the machine to access the pump/hoses.

Remove them and inspect.

Can I leave the coins in the washing machine? Will it hurt the machine?

Hello there Kathleen and welcome to fixya:
Well although these pennies may not post a immediate problem but if left in there they may be able to get into the machines pump which could result in a failure of the pump due to it getting clogged.
So i would highly recommend removing the pennies and any other debris that may be in there to help prevent any thing going wrong with the machine ok
Hope this helps
Best regards michael

Wendy has 52 coins consisting of niclels and pennies. If the value of the coins is \$1.20 then how many of each coins type does she have

Let X=Number of pennies
Then (52-x) =Number of nickels.

You can then say that:

(x*1) + (52-x)(5) = 120
x + 260 - 5x = 120
260 - 4x = 120
260 - 4x + 4x = 120 + 4x
260 = 120 + 4x
260 - 120 = 120 + 4x - 120
140 = 4x
35 = x = Number of pennies
52 - 35 = 17 = Number of nickels
Verify: (35 * .01) + (17 * .05) = \$1.20
.35 + .85 = \$1.20
\$1.20 = \$1.20

Pennies in the slot where you put the discs

The system will have to be opened up. Blue ray player taken out and opened for pennies to be removed. Hopefully they didnt damage the lense or that will have to be replaced as well. You can email dwdpcrepair@gmail.com if you would like me to fix it. I am located in southern california and run a home based pc repair business.

I suggest using three copper pennies per Ram chip. Use a slight amount of reusable adhesive to stick the pennies together and then to adhere to the ram chips. Note: Do not screw the black screws back onto the bottom of 360, just the silver screws. Also use pennies made before 1983, they're %100 Copper and make better heat sinks.
