To dry out the MP3 player put it in a large plastic bag with silica gel drying crystals then put it in a warm sunny place for several days or in front of a warm fan heater for several hours, and hope it will work properly again, but if does not work then it is faulty and you need a new MP3 player.
These kind of problem cannot be solved unless the phone is examined. Some part of the board might be short circuited due to the entry of water. You will have to give the phone to the authorised service center to get the stuff repaired.
Thank you!
You need to take the battery out and let it dry in the sun or a warm dry area for several days. DONT PUT IT IN THE MICROWAVE, OR THE DRYER!!!
Although, not removing the battery immediately, may have damaged it permanently.
Best of Luck.
