Re: I can't upload my pictures off my V323i phone to my...
You need a copy of motorola phone tools. Unfortunately, even though Moto now uses a standard interface connector, they haven't quite figured out that we would prefer to interact with it as a standard usb device. It still has delusions that it's a modem with extra features, so you need MPT (I think they're up to version 5.something now) to translate for you.
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US. click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. Goodluck!

Most phones come with a cord that plugs in the charger port of the phone and on the other end is a USB to plug into your computer. Once plugged in the computer asks you if you want to upload photos to a photo program, within the computer.( such as windows picture file).Choose the program you want to upload your photos to, and the computer starts taking them from the phone to the file automatically.
If you cannot upload your photos to the computer using the USB cable and your photos are stored on the SD menmory card then remove the SD memory card from your cell phone and insert the SD memory card into an USB card reader. Plug this USB card reader into the USB port of your computer and the computer will see it as an external storage device. You can then open the photo/image folder and copy the photos from this folder to your computer.
