Question about Computers & Internet
I have been recieving a free ''Daily Word'' email in my in box for the last couple years. One day they just stopped. I checked and it is not being dumped into a spam file anywhere. The address is still on my Outlook Safe List. Efforts to resubscribe have proved fruitless. It is like something randomly chose that email and banned it. Does anyone have any theories?
An alternate scenario could be that the company from which you have been receiving these emails has been blacklisted by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for myriad of reasons (most commonly spam abuse). This would have nothing to do with anything that you've done on your end. Occasionally triggers are set off higher up in the chain that can push a wanted stream of email into the blocked bin.
Contacting your ISP to see if the email address from which you were expecting the Daily Word emails to come has been blocked may FixYa.
