This cooktop is only a year old. The gas is working just fine. I've also checked the breaker, the power at the outlet, and confirmed power in the unit's chord; it is getting electricity fine. But my wife and I came home one night and none of the sparks even try to ignite (no typical sound).
I'm really hoping I not going to have to pay a technician after 12 months on a brand new GE appliance.
Can you guess what's wrong, what we've done wrong, and what I could do to check or fix the problem?
