Question about Dell Dimension 2400 PC Desktop
Dsnie000212414oci0358 it is its motherboard number. and model no.dell optiplex gx1 is its model number. ok thanks
Open the case and look for a jumper switch (usually blue or black color) labeled CLRTC or CRL. A jumper switch is a small connector connecting two pins on the motherboard. Same like the one in CD ROM drive or hard drive for selecting master or slave.
If you find it, unplug the power cable, remove the jumper. Wait 10 - 15 seconds, then put it back. Plug the power cable and try power up your computer.
