Check the following: 1. Volume Control on the media player 2. Volume control on the operating system 3. Volume control on the speaker, AND the power 4. Check the speaker plug, is it correctly inserted to output/speaker port of audio card? 5. Check your audio setting in BIOS, is it correctly set and recognize by the operating system?
I provide general answer to general questions, if you could be more specific (like type of OS, type of motherboard, media player software, etc.) I can provide more specific answer.

Sound is too low even tough the levels are to the max I wounder if a software could influence the sound ??

What are you using for speakers? Most sound cards/chips have limited power output. Most speakers that attach to desktops are externally powered to provide a greater sound level. Laptop speakers are small and designed for the power that the integrated sound chip can produce. If you attach unamplified external speakers to these devices, over time you will damage the output drivers on these chips, causing loss of sound level and eventual failure.

I lost my boston acoustics ba735 software from my old computer and is there any other way that i can set them up on my new computer

The BA735 system used to come with some models of Gateway computers as part of the package. Unfortunately, they are a digital speaker and had to be used with the sound card provided so they would work. They won't work with the analog output that most computers provide. No special driver software is necessary, but you need a digital output from the computer.

Depending on the sound circuitry of the new computer, digital output may be available. Some higher-end systems with integrated sound may offer it, and it's often available on expansion audio boards that you can install in desktop systems. Check the audio settings menu in your system to see if digital output is provided.

These speakers sounded pretty good. Several times when people who had these systems upgraded, I installed the sound card from their old Gateways into the new computer so they could keep using the speakers. That doesn't work with the latest versions of Windows, though, because the hardware isn't compatible. But if you can find a digital audio source they'll still work for you.

My computer audio is gone so what i shuld do?

First check your output device......... speakers/headphones on another system.
Next check if the proper sound drivers are loaded. If its integrated audio (from the motherboard) and device manager indicates proper drivers are loaded for this hardware, then nothing can be done. If you want audio output add a sound card on a PCI slot to get sound from your PC
