Live feed will not prodcast

When docked into either vehicle or home docking station live feed will not prodcast anymore. It locks up on the Sirius logo. I can enter into my playlists but can no longer receive a live feed. I worked all possible solutions including updating software and restoring defaults. Neither providing a solution. Any suggestions?

Could be the connection pin problem.

Keeps coming up no antenna detected...changed antenna ...same problem

Sounds like it could be the dock itself, but could also be the radio. Do you have other docking stations to test it out in? If it works in one dock but not the other, we know its the dock that needs to be replaced. If it does the same thing in both docks it is probably the antenna connection in the receiver.

I'm considering purchasing a Sirius Stiletto 2 Satellite Radio Receiver - just wondering if it can it be connected to my new Harmon Kardon 3600 avr or do I need to buy the Sirius connect SCH1 Home...

You will need to use the aux input from the top of the unit, or from the back of your home dock. If your receiver has a built in or add-on dock for the XM2GO line of radios, you will need to read here:

Sirius Sportster 5 won't power up.

Check the fuse in the power to the dock. They blow out all the time.

Logo only

Bad news my friend. That model isn't supported anymore. Sirius is pretty good about replacing the radio for free and discounting the accessories. You will get one for free. The docks are reasonably priced. The boombox you might be able to get a discount for. The new docks are more designed for multiple units should this happen in the future to you again (like Stratus radios).

There isn't much to service on the radios. If the board is dead it isn't worth fixing. It's cheaper for Sirius to replace it.

Audio stuck on high

You cannot adjust the volume when the stereo cord is plugged into the back of the dock. Instead, plug the stereo cord into the front headphone jack of the dock. You will be able to adjust the volume then.

Sirius sportster sp-tk1, always displays "acquiring signal"

Sirius does not stand behind their products, There is no out of warranty repair for their radios,  and they do not offer sites for repair. Seems  like this is a definite problem with this model. Their solution is to buy a new radio,(with all the new-docking,boombox etc) accessories. also they charge $75.00 to change to the new radio.I liked my sportster 1 because of the FM modulator. It just had to be centrally located and all the radios in my home picked it up(no docking) the new radios require $50.00 docking stations for each stereo location and radio location, unless you bring a boombox everywhere, and the sound isn't the same.    I feel there should be a class action lawsuit against Sirius for these reasons and I might look into it. What do all you think?

Live feed will not brodcast

From what I've read you might simply call Sirius or go on-line and re-initiate your subscription. Try it, it might work for you.
