I WANT TO USE THE SCANNER BUT, I DON'T NOW HOW, It go to the printer all the time, could you please help me ? I have the EPSOM STYLUS BX300F PROFESSIONAL, PRINTER,SCANNER,FAX,PHOTOCOPIER.

Basically, you can use the scanner in two ways. Please open the scanner cover and place the document or image you want to scan face down.

1. Press the SCAN button (color button = color scanning, black button = monochrome scanning). then your scanner will scan the document or image in the scanner tray.

2. Go to the scanner program installed in your computer when you installed the printer. Open it and then click the command button SCAN.

Note: Make sure that you installed the Scanner software when you installed the printer. Without the software, your scanner will not work. Please reinstall the printer including the scanner software.

How do i use my scanner?

If you want Photocopy by using scanner just put your original document on scanner and press copy option.
here is two copy black and color for black copy and color copy

If you want to scan from printer to PC. Install scanner software from your driver CD and use scan sofware.
Remember that you can use only page for scan. can not use book. because this is not flatbed scanner.

Scanner won't communicate with computer

Try this,

Go to Control Panel >> Device Manager, look for the scanner in 'Device Manager' under 'Imaging Devices'
Right click on it and select 'Uninstall' and allow it to be uninstalled.
Remove the USB lead from the scanner.
Re-boot the Computer.
Once windows appears and is ready toi use, re-connect the scanner USB lead.
Windows should re-install the drivers and tell you the scanner is ready to use................hopefully!

Scanner installed but getting message can not communicate with pc

Have you loaded the scanner driver software on your PC? Is the printer connected to the PC using a known good cable plugged into the proper receptacles? Is the scanner plugged into a known good power source? Is the scanner turned on? If you use one of the USB ports, your PC should automatically display NEW HARDWARE FOUND on your screen, and willl then ask if you want to install it using the SCANNER AND CAMERA INSTALLATION WIZARD.. You can also left click mouse on WINDOWS START, left click on CONTROL PANEL, and left click on the SCANNERS AND CAMERAS ICON. A new window should appear. Follow the instructions on this SCANNERS AND CAMERAS window, and you should be able to get your scanner working.
