There maybe a couple of different reasons why you can not connect.

the first thing i would try in this specific order is

#1 make sure your laptop has the network card enable in network connections

#2 make sure you are set for dynamic ip adressing.

#3 make sure all connections are good to the router

#4 once everything is powered up and connectted turn off your router and disconnect from the power let it sit there for a few seconds and the power it up your computers shouls come back on line.

if this does not do it reboot the laptop in question and check for connection

post back here and let me know what is happenning so i can go further to help you

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

When your network shows limited connection, it could be that you system did not pick IP address from your DHCP server. so it assigned itself a public IP address. In this case make sure your system has the correct networking setting and it can reach the DHCP Server. If you are using a modem, the service from your service provider may be poor in your area.

Laptop wont connect to wireless network but desktop is fine.

Perhaps, it just needed a new IP address. Simply rebooting the computer and resetting the IP Address of the computer took care of the issue.

or

That sounds like symptoms of Manufacturer & Windows drivers conflicting. Try uninstall the Manufacturer Drivers and let the windows ones do the work, and see how that goes down.

Wireless laptop disconnects from internet when power cable connec

Does it reconnected again then? Or it never reconnects on the AC? I would try different channels on the wireless router first. Hopefully that will solve the problem do to some interference. If not, report back and I have other things you can try.

How to connec to internet with aspire above mentioned laptop

Hi suji
Here you go
1.Ask him to create a internet connection using the create new connection wizard in the control panel.Make this the default connection.
2.Now go to the network connections folder and open the new connection you will find there.
3. Connect using this connection to the site of your internet service provider .
4.After registration at the site you will be provided with the deetails necessary to log on the net.

You better ask your father to use the Help and Support Center.
It would help a lot.

Waiting for your fixya.
