Question about Microsoft Outlook 2000 (543-00638) for PC
Palmbeach - Thanks for your clarification request. The blank email has no attachment and it is definitely blank - no white text. In the subject field of the email that is sent out is simply Re: and the subject that was in the original email that was sent to me. One interesting thing is that the blank messzage that gets sent out is in Unicode (UTF-8), if that means anything. I have up-to-date McAfee and have also run Housecall, SpyBot and SpywareStop. Have not detected anything.

Your outlook express is corrupted you need to re install it or upgrade it . download outlook express in install or go to microsoft site and download the new internet explorer and install it because the outlook express is pack in the internet explorer. If still not working use microsoft outlook instead

First, try running Outlook in 'Safe Mode' and then send something.. If it works, but you want to work in 'Normal Mode' then go to the Trust Center, and disable SpamBully, you might find that you'll be able to send attachments.
You should try this version of SpamBully, it works better with 2007:

You probaly have 'Auto Archiving' turned on
Select TOOLS, OPTIONS, OTHER and uncheck "Auto Archive"
