Question about Ricoh ECABINET 1000 (410615) Server
I have a cabinet model 2100 for a digital solution, since 2 weeks when i try to route document from scanners using ecabinet scan capture v1.0 in the step 3 (Send to ecabinet) appears the following error "Response from ecabinet: Internal error encountered while processing request"

If the eCabinet is unlocked, go to http://<ipaddress of eCabinet>\Diagnostics\processesqueues.ssml . The "D" in Diagnostics must be uppercase. If your eCabinet is locked, you will need a service CD, and you must call the Ricoh help desk for a "key" to unlock security first. You must be an authorized technician with a valid Ricoh ID.
