Where do I buy cable wire,to connect to another tv in another room or rooms

You need to buy a cable splitter and enough 75 Ohm coaxial cable.
The splitters come in 2, 3, 4, 5... outputs. Buy the number of outputs you need. Also, never chain splitters, the quality gets worse.

Gary_akai, First thing to do is try to find out what 75 ohm "patch" cable or "F" connector is causing a "LOSS" of signal. Could be a "DEFORMED" center conntact in tv rf input. OR an open shield with one of your patch cables. OR a too short center conductor that should be sticking out at least an 1/8" past the end of the 75 ohm cable "F" connector. I'm louie12fix on fixya Bye for now..

My jvc av32f704 will only play dvd's won't show reg. channel's or cable. Do anyone know how i can fix this.

Sounds like a tuner problem if you can't get the channels to work through the 75 ohm screw in connector in the back of the set . Now if you use a cable box or satelite box you can use the yellow-red-white connectors out of the box and into the video inputs in the back of the tv . Hopefully you have more than one input in the back of your set as you might already be using one of them for the dvd player .

Rabbit ears to digital conversion box

Your TV is old enough to have not only screw terminals for the antenna, but it sounds like it has separate UHF and VHF terminals as well. Pick up a 75-ohm to 300-ohm adapter (available at Radio Shack and probably most other places that sell TV's and antennas). This is a small cylinder-shaped part with a threaded antenna connector on one end, and a flat wire with two terminals on the other end. Connect the cable from the converter box to the round connector, hook the two terminals to the VHF antenna screws on your TV, put the TV on channel 3 and you'll be set.

You should also pick up a new antenna designed to work with digital broadcasting. If you use the old rabbit ears you were using before, you will probably not pick up all the channels available in your area.

Can't find replacement part

With this part not working correctly you should get static on picture and sound. This part is called a matching transformer, It seperates your tv's electrical from the cable system. Basicly any matching transformer from any standard tv set will work, if it fits into place it will work. Now that you know its name, the part can be ordered thru phillips. Good luck.
