It is freezed and it can't be turn off.it is samsung tab 10.1

Hold the power and volume up buttons for a hard reset. You should not lose any information this way, just over rides the frozen system and should restart it.

How to get back to settings on frozen samsung tablet

Tablet should have a "reset" button on top or side. Small hole. You need an object that would fit--it will take it back to factory specs. Make sure tablet is fully charged--or plugged in first. Worked for me.

99% of the time this will fix any issues regarding apps not working properly.
