If the hold switch is engaged, it will interfere with normal charging

I have charged the player for the first time, when the battery was full I tried to turn it on....The display shows HOLD and then immediately the screen shows POWER OFF....Cannot turn this on ...


turn the hold switch off at the side if its still doing it then re set it switch the hold to on then of and hold down the menu button untill it re starts

I have purchased a mp3 player DMP63 series its a barbie mp3 player. im having trouble to download cds frommy computer to it. i have the usb connected and im wondering if the itunes i have on my computer is...


a lexi book mp3 wont work on itunes best way to put files on it is to click on the songs and right click mouse click on paste and then choose the drive ie mp3 and paste the songs to it

My son's mix max plus is frozen, how do we get it to respond? please help us out on Christmas day:(


Merry Christmas!!! Same problem just occurred to us-there is a very small pin hole on the side where the volume is at-stick a pin in the hole to reset the unit:) That should reboot it and it should start up again-ours just did!

That's because u didn't plugged in your computer. Your computer have to be turned on..

IPod Nano 2 GB no power


Try pressing the menu key and center key at the same time and waiting until the gray apple screen comes up. This will reset your settings but I know whenever my iPod goes funky I just do that and it's fine. If that doesn't work contact your local Apple store.

Try using the AC charger for the mp3 player, If It does the same thing, Ur MP3 is defective and u can return it with out the receitp sayin that it was a christmas gift since most eleftronics have a 1 year warranty

You don't need the CD for this model start up windows media player and then connect your walkman and a screen should pop-up telling you to name your mp3 player.
