Question about HP Officejet 6310 All-In-One InkJet Printer
When running the installation disk I get the message Installer Option Plug In errors and system must close. I tried it on a laptop and it loads up but not on my Sony Vaio Desktop. Help
Here is the latest updated driverpack for the 6310:
Try installing that instead..
Or if you want to persevere with your disk, I suggest maybe right clicking on the installation .exe file, when you explore the disk, and clicking properties and running the program with admin privileges.. it might seem that you, in fact, ARE the administrator but Vista has the annoying User Access Control feature that has caused me problems in the past. User Access Control is only useful in an office, I have mine turned off. You can do this in Control Panel, User Accounts...
Anyway, I would probably suggest that latest driverpack download.
Hope you get sorted :)
